Position: Line Cook

Are you passionate about Mexican cuisine and love working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we want to hear from you! Tacos El Jaibo is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican dishes according to our recipes and specifications. This is a great opportunity for culinary professionals who are looking to showcase their skills and grow in a dynamic and vibrant restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and making sauces
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
• Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude

Position: Server

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and love interacting with people? Tacos El Jaibo is currently seeking friendly and outgoing Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. If you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and thrive in a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
