Job Title: Program Coordinator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission and possess excellent communication and project management skills. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities that align with the foundation’s core values and objectives. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee various programs and initiatives, ensuring they are in line with the foundation’s mission and goals
  • Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and community partners to ensure successful program implementation
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively
  • Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to promote programs and attract participants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Health)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Passion for community service and social justice
