Front Desk Associate

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and answer any inquiries they may have
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Housekeeping Staff

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities in guest rooms
• Ensure all areas meet the company’s cleanliness standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department

Food and Beverage Server

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide a memorable dining experience for guests
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine selections
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Hotel Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
• Monitor and maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
