We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Youth Pastor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to youth ministry and desires to make a difference in the lives of young people. Position: Youth Pastor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry program at Tallowood Baptist Church
• Develop and implement engaging and relevant youth activities, events, and programs
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to young people in the church
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer youth leaders
• Build relationships with youth and their families, supporting them in their spiritual growth
• Coordinate and participate in youth outreach efforts and community service projects
• Collaborate with church staff and leadership to integrate youth ministry into the overall church vision and mission
• Attend and participate in church services, events, and meetings

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field
• Previous experience in youth ministry or a similar role
• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with youth of diverse backgrounds and ages
• Leadership skills and a heart for mentoring and discipleship
• A team player who can collaborate with others effectively
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting to the needs of the youth ministry
