Join Our Team:

If you have a passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences, we invite you to join our team at Tan’s Hunan Chinese Restaurant. We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Chef de Cuisine

• Create authentic Hunan dishes with precision and care
• Develop and execute new menu items
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a smooth operation

2. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

3. Server

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations

4. Dishwasher

• Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food, dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and work well in a team environment. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required for most positions.
