Line Cook

– Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
– Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
– Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
– Following food safety standards and regulations

Server

As a Server at Taqueria Alazan Poblano, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service to every guest who dines with us. Your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting guests and helping them navigate the menu
– Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
– Providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu

Front of House Manager

As a Front of House Manager at Taqueria Alazan Poblano, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include:
– Managing and training the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
– Ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience
– Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
– Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
