Job Responsibilities:

Chef:

• Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Line Cook:

• Assist the chef in preparing ingredients for cooking
• Cook and assemble dishes according to restaurant specifications
• Keep work station clean and organized

Server:

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items and promote specials

Host/Hostess:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist servers and support staff as needed

Dishwasher:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Chef/Line Cook:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Server/Host/Hostess/Dishwasher:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
