1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Taqueria Mexicano Grill & Bar, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Mexican dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You must have a strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
– Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Work efficiently to ensure timely service to guests
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
– Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
– Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred)

2. Server

As a Server at Taqueria Mexicano Grill & Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and assist them with menu selections
– Take orders and accurately input them into the POS system
– Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
– Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience
– Process payments and handle cash transactions

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
– Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

3. Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Taqueria Mexicano Grill & Bar, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
– Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment
– Empty and clean trash receptacles
– Assist with basic food prep as needed
– Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting (preferred)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Team player with a positive attitude
