Positions Available

Chef

As a Chef at Taqueria Mi Huetamo, you will be responsible for creating delicious, authentic Mexican dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. Duties include:
– Menu planning and recipe development
– Cooking and preparing dishes to order
– Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
– Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies

Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:
– Greeting customers and taking orders
– Serving food and beverages promptly
– Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions
– Handling payment transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction

Line Cook

Our Line Cooks are essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing ingredients for cooking
– Cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes
– Maintaining a clean and organized work station
– Assisting the Chef with kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications

To excel in any of the positions at Taqueria Mi Huetamo, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
– Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
– Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
