About Us:

Taqueria Monchys is a bustling and authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on serving delicious and traditional Mexican cuisine made with fresh ingredients and love. Our vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make every dining experience memorable for our guests.

We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Taqueria Monchys. If you have a passion for Mexican food and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! We have several positions available in both the front of house and back of house.

Front of House Positions:

• Server: Providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Host/Hostess: Greeting customers, managing reservations, and seating guests in a timely manner.
• Bartender: Mixing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean bar area.

Back of House Positions:

• Cook: Preparing and cooking traditional Mexican dishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Prep Cook: Assisting with food preparation, chopping ingredients, and keeping the kitchen organized.
• Dishwasher: Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes, and assisting with overall kitchen duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
