Position Available: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Taqueria Rancho El Jalisco, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to our recipes and standards. This includes grilling meats, chopping vegetables, and assembling dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a kitchen, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for cooking delicious Mexican cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to recipes
• Grill, fry, or sauté meats and vegetables
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
