We are hiring: Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Automobile Parts, Supplies & Accessories wholesale and manufacturing sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients
• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate market trends
• Participate in trade shows, events, and industry conferences
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Automobile Parts, Supplies & Accessories industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
