Position: Head Chef

Are you a talented and passionate Chef with experience in Asian cuisine? Do you have a deep understanding of Vietnamese cooking techniques and flavors? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as the Head Chef at Tau Bay. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, overseeing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and updating the menu with innovative and traditional Vietnamese dishes
• Supervising and training kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring all food meets quality and presentation standards
• Collaborating with management to meet financial goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef in an Asian restaurant
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Position: Server

Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual looking to work in a dynamic and exciting environment? We are seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our team at Tau Bay. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Providing information about the menu and answering any customer questions
• Handling cash and credit card transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a plus
