As an Accounting Services/Bookkeeping Specialist at Tax and Business Solutions, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing bookkeeping duties for our clients. You will work closely with our team of accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist with tax preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with clients to address their accounting needs and provide financial advice
• Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
