About the Role:

As an Accounting Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing tax returns, and assisting with tax planning strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial situations and develop personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze tax returns to identify potential issues or opportunities for savings
• Provide tax planning advice to clients to minimize tax liabilities
• Assist clients with IRS or state tax audits by gathering necessary documentation and representing them before tax authorities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or tax preparation
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
