Position: Flooring Contractor

As a Flooring Contractor at Taylor’s Hardwood Installation and Home Improvement, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet. Duties include measuring and cutting materials, preparing subfloors, and ensuring the final installation meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare surfaces for flooring installation
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the space accurately
• Install flooring following blueprints or design plans
• Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Prior experience in flooring installation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

As an Altering & Remodeling Contractor with Taylor’s Hardwood Installation and Home Improvement, you will work on a variety of home improvement projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and custom carpentry work. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential in bringing our clients’ vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine project requirements
• Create detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in home remodeling and renovation
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Position: Hardwood Floor Specialist

As a Hardwood Floor Specialist at Taylor’s Hardwood Installation and Home Improvement, you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing hardwood floors to their original beauty. Your expertise in selecting the right finishes and techniques will help enhance the overall appearance of our clients’ homes.

Responsibilities:

• Sand and refinish hardwood floors
• Repair damaged or worn-out floorboards
• Apply stains, sealants, and finishes to protect the wood
• Ensure the final result meets client expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardwood floor refinishing
• Knowledge of different types of wood and finishes
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
