As a General Contractor at TDK Construction Corp, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

2. Home Builders:

Join our team as a Home Builder and be part of creating dream homes for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential properties, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home building, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively

3. Building Contractors-Commercial & Industrial:

As a Building Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale construction projects with precision and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that each project is completed to their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial construction, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Experience in commercial and industrial construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
