Team Legal is a leading provider of court reporting services in the legal industry. We are looking for experienced and reliable Court & Convention Reporters to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent listening skills, and the ability to produce accurate transcripts in a timely manner, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and other legal events
• Capture verbatim proceedings using stenography or digital recording equipment
• Prepare accurate and timely transcripts of proceedings
• Provide support to attorneys, judges, and other legal professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a court reporter
• Certification from a recognized court reporting program
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using court reporting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Legal Document Assistance

Team Legal is seeking talented individuals to join our Legal Document Assistance team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal professionals in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. If you have a background in legal administration and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents
• Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain legal files and records
• Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other parties as needed

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software

Video Production Services

Team Legal is expanding its services to include video production for depositions, trials, and other legal events. We are looking for experienced videographers and video editors to join our Video Production Services team. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video and audio footage of legal proceedings
• Edit and produce professional-quality videos for use in legal presentations
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to meet their video production needs
• Maintain and organize video equipment and files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Experience working in a legal setting is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
