Job Title: Legal Service Plans Advisor

Job Description

As a Legal Service Plans Advisor at Tempie Services, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right legal service plan to meet their needs. You will provide guidance on various legal service options, explain coverage details, and help clients understand the benefits of our plans. Your main objective will be to ensure that clients have a clear understanding of their plan and feel confident in their choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the different legal service plans available
• Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable plan
• Answer client inquiries and provide detailed information on plan coverage
• Process new plan enrollments and handle plan renewals
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of legal service plans is a plus, but not required
