Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are team players, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests. Specific qualifications for each position may vary, but we generally look for the following qualities:

Line Cook:

• Prior experience working in a kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Server:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Experience working in a restaurant setting

Bartender:

• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
• Experience working in a bar setting
• Strong customer service skills
• TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)

Host/Hostess:

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of reservation systems

Dishwasher:

• Physical stamina to stand and work for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Experience in a kitchen setting (preferred but not required)
