Position: Home Repair & Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain door and window screens
• Repair and replace storm windows and doors
• Perform general home maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of door and window screens, as well as storm windows and doors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
