Job Title: Home Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections in accordance with industry standards and company policies
• Identify and document any issues or concerns with the property, including structural defects, safety hazards, and potential health risks
• Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Generate detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid home inspector license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home inspection industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
