TexanPlus is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Centers Coordinator to join our team. The Medical Centers Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our medical centers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to provide the best possible care to our members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of TexanPlus Medical Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the medical centers, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with medical staff and other team members to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide support and leadership to medical center staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving results
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
