Job Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions based on clients’ individual needs and preferences
• Evaluate clients’ medical history and conduct thorough assessments to determine the most appropriate treatment plan
• Utilize a variety of massage techniques, including neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and promote client education on self-care practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and progress notes
• Adhere to all state regulations and guidelines for massage therapy practice
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Current and valid Massage Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing massage therapy services
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others improve their health and well-being
