We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Clinic Nurse Manager

Position Overview:

As a Clinic Nurse Manager at Texas Children’s Fetal Center, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and medical assistants, coordinating patient care, and ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the Fetal Center clinic
• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of nurses and medical assistants
• Coordinate patient care and ensure that all patients receive high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
• Support the professional development of clinic staff through training and mentorship

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
