Job Title: Pediatric Nurse

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a pediatric setting, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and educate patients and families on health-related topics.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
