Position: Bank Teller

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries
• Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance daily transactions
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
