We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team in the following position:

Clinic Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the cardiovascular surgery clinic
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, assisting with referrals, and ensuring a seamless patient experience
• Oversee the administrative tasks of the clinic, including maintaining patient records, handling billing inquiries, and managing office supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and medical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
