We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Texas Mesquite Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, particularly focusing on our signature mesquite-grilled meats. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping ingredients for cooking
• Grilling, sautéing, and frying foods
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook in a similar establishment
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with great communication skills

2. Server

Join our team as a Server and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Your friendly demeanor and product knowledge will create a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries
• Handling payments and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

3. Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Texas Mesquite Grill, you play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Your hard work behind the scenes ensures a smooth operation for the entire restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting with food preparation as needed
• Emptying trash and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Following sanitation guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• No prior experience required, training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
