Job Responsibilities

Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician

• Respond to emergency restoration calls
• Assess damage and develop restoration plans
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Restore damaged property to pre-loss condition
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service

Mold Remediation Specialist

• Conduct mold inspections and assessments
• Develop and implement mold remediation plans
• Remove and dispose of mold-contaminated materials
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Ensure proper containment and safety protocols are followed

Water Damage Restoration Technician

• Assist with water damage mitigation and restoration projects
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Assist with content manipulation and pack-out services
• Monitor equipment and document drying progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality restoration services

Qualifications

Successful candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred
• Certifications such as IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) or Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
