Job Title: ISP Network Technician

Location: Austin, Texas

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated ISP Network Technician to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an ISP Network Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and identify issues to proactively address potential problems
• Troubleshoot network outages and service disruptions to minimize downtime for customers
• Collaborate with other team members to implement network upgrades and enhancements
• Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting network-related issues

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in network administration or related field
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
