Position: Restaurant Manager

The Texas Restaurant Association is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
