Job Title: Exterior Building Cleaner/Painting Contractor

Job Description:

As an Exterior Building Cleaner/Painting Contractor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to improve the appearance of residential and commercial properties. This includes pressure washing, graffiti removal, painting, and other general cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior building cleaning using pressure washing equipment
• Remove graffiti and other unwanted markings from surfaces
• Apply paint and other coatings to buildings and structures
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in exterior building cleaning and painting
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and other tools
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
