Job Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation
- Manage and organize legal documents and files
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation
- Conduct interviews and gather evidence
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working in housing law or tenant advocacy is a plus
