Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Track and maintain application and loan documents
• Stay up to date on mortgage products and industry regulations
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Proven track record of successful loan origination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
