Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative at TexRate.com, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right insurance policies for their needs. This includes discussing coverage options, quoting prices, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will also be expected to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any questions or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Educating customers on different insurance products
• Providing accurate quotes based on customer information
• Assisting customers with policy applications
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Meeting sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Insurance license a plus
