The Amish Craftsman is a premier furniture store specializing in high-quality, handcrafted Amish furniture. We are currently seeking experienced Furniture Designers & Custom Builders to join our team in creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific furniture needs and preferences
• Create custom furniture designs based on customer requirements
• Select appropriate materials and techniques for building furniture pieces
• Build and assemble furniture pieces according to design specifications
• Ensure high quality and craftsmanship in all finished products
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Designer & Custom Builder
• Demonstrated ability to design and build custom furniture pieces
• Experience working with a variety of wood types and finishes
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
