Job Title: Pension and Profit Sharing Plan Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Assessing clients’ financial situations and goals to recommend suitable pension and profit-sharing plans
- Designing customized pension and profit-sharing plans that align with clients’ objectives
- Collaborating with clients to implement and manage their pension and profit-sharing plans effectively
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients’ plans remain compliant and optimized
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding their pension and profit-sharing plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension and profit-sharing plan administration
- Strong understanding of retirement planning principles and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred
