Position: General Practice Attorney

The Baetz Law Firm is a leading legal practice located in the heart of downtown New York City. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practice Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to family law, real estate law, commercial litigation, and estate planning.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Appear in court and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
