We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Bar Manager
• Bartender
• Server
• Host/Hostess

Bar Manager

As a Bar Manager at The Bar at Montrose, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bar staff and ensure smooth operation of the bar
• Create and maintain a positive working environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of bar operations and industry trends
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bartender

As a Bartender at The Bar at Montrose, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bartender, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure guest safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Server

As a Server at The Bar at Montrose, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a server, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guests and input them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Interact with guests and ensure they have a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
