Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional barbering services to clients
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable services
• Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business

Qualifications:

• Valid barber license in Washington Heights
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a barber in a professional setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
• Knowledge of current men’s grooming trends and techniques
• Experience with straight razor shaves is a plus
