Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience practicing law in a variety of areas, including but not limited to family law, estate planning, real estate, and civil litigation. The General Practice Attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload and providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of legal matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
