Job Title: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of accident and property damage cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accident and property damage law
• Licensed to practice law in the state
• Strong litigation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated track record of success in handling complex legal matters
