At The Burton Law Firm, we are currently seeking experienced and passionate attorneys to join our team. We have multiple openings for Criminal Law Attorneys, Attorneys, and General Practice Attorneys who are dedicated to providing top-notch legal services and have a proven track record of success in their respective fields.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on various legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the law and legal trends

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar (for Criminal Law Attorneys and Attorneys)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Criminal Law, General Practice, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in representing clients in court
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
