Are you a talented baker or confectioner looking to showcase your skills? The Chocolate Bar is currently looking to expand our team and we are seeking passionate individuals to join us. We have the following positions available:

• Baker
• Chocolatier
• Confectioner

Position: Baker

As a Baker at The Chocolate Bar, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and cookies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, as well as a keen eye for detail. This position requires creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills

Position: Chocolatier

As a Chocolatier at The Chocolate Bar, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing chocolates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for chocolate making and a creative flair. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Temper chocolate and create various chocolate confections
• Create unique and innovative chocolate designs
• Decorate chocolates with fillings, nuts, and other toppings
• Ensure quality control and consistency in product presentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chocolatier or chocolate maker
• Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
• Creativity and a passion for chocolate making

Position: Confectioner

As a Confectioner at The Chocolate Bar, you will be responsible for creating a variety of candies and confections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in candy making and a flair for creativity. This position requires the ability to work with different types of ingredients and flavors.

Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of candies, including truffles, caramels, and fudge
• Experiment with different flavors and ingredients to develop new recipes
• Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to create seasonal and specialty candies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a confectioner or candy maker
• Strong knowledge of candy making techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and a passion for creating delicious treats
