Position: Labor & Employment Law Attorneys

We are currently seeking talented and motivated Labor & Employment Law Attorneys to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to:

• Discrimination and harassment cases
• Wage and hour issues
• Wrongful termination claims
• Employee benefits disputes
• Worker’s compensation cases

Responsibilities

As a Labor & Employment Law Attorney at The Clifford Lawfirm, PLLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment law matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Representing clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings
• Staying up-to-date on changes in labor and employment law

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• At least 3 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
