• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meet and exceed monthly placement targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
