Job Title: Patent, Trademark & Copyright Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to patent, trademark, and copyright law
• Assist clients in securing and protecting their intellectual property rights through the appropriate legal channels
• Draft and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications on behalf of clients
• Handle intellectual property disputes and litigation as needed
• Stay informed about changes and developments in intellectual property law

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of [State]
• Experience in patent, trademark, and copyright law preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
