About the Role:
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility center. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the front desk and greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow to minimize wait times
Assisting with patient intake, including verifying insurance and collecting necessary paperwork
Communicating with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Handling patient inquiries and providing information on clinic services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinic setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
