The Fire Box Inc. is looking for a Fireplace Equipment Sales Manager

The Fire Box Inc. is a leading retailer of high-quality barbecue grills & supplies, fireplace equipment, and fireplaces. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales growth in our Fireplace Equipment department.

Job Title: Fireplace Equipment Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Fireplace Equipment products
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and cultivate new business opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns and drive product awareness
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fireplace equipment industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
